Variety: 100% Grechetto di Todi – clone G5, from sustainable agriculture

Vineyard characteristics: 2004 plantings trained on guyot system with east/southeast exposure

Average density and soils: 6,500 vines/ha on soils of white clays and calcareous marls

Average production: 1.5 kg of grapes per plant (95 quintals/ha)

Harvest: harvested by hand in the first ten days of September

Vinification: grapes are gently crushed and the musts obtained naturally decant, spontaneous fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature in steel vats

Aging: 6 months in stainless steel in contact with fine lees, no malo-lactic fermentation and, after bottling, rests a minimum of 3 months in bottle

Color: straw yellow with greenish highlights

Scent: bouquet of white flowers, pleasant notes of pink grapefruit and green apple

Taste: dry and savory, with a very pleasant freshness and supported by good minerality and taste persistence

Bottle quantity: 750 ml

Allergens: Sulfites
