From the very beginning, we have focused on one thing at Evy: high quality products and craftsmanship.
Everything you can taste in the bakery and everything you can order in our shop is made here in the beating heart of our workshop.
Cookies, pampepato, cakes . But also brioche, fresh pastries, shortbread and tarts. Not forgetting chocolate and ice cream, all entirely produced directly within our workshop, by hand, choosing the best products according to the season.
What sets us apart, however, is the technology we use that manages to give us an extra boost, an unfailing support, especially in longer and more elaborate preparations such as ice cream.
Because this is work that cannot be done alone. It is a job in which there is a need for collaboration and passion.
Over the years, our Team has grown while preserving the values and philosophy by which Evy was created.
Some of them have been with us from the beginning, others have found a home in us.
