Soft and crumbly, classic but with a whole new flavor: Orange Cantucci recall the shape and flavors of tradition by adding a light Mediterranean note, that of orange, creating the perfect cookie to enjoy alone or with vin santo.
Ingredients: Flour from WHEAT TENDER type 00, ALMOND, sugar, EGGS fresh, BUTTER, wildflower honey, candied orange, orange paste, Marsala fortified wine, baking powder (E450 disodium diphosphate, E500 sodium hydrogen carbonate, wheat starch), ammonium bicarbonate.
