Moscato grapes, which have always been present on our farm, wither naturally on the vines in our vineyards. In early September, the warm morning sun wilts the golden clusters, concentrating their sugary charge, while the cool evening wind enhances the intense varietal aromas of this wonderful grape variety. This special natural withering enhances the qualities of intense aromaticity and great pleasantness of this wine, making it unique in concentration and elegance. It is a great meditation wine.<\/p>\n

Vineyard size: about 2 ha<\/p>\n

Exposure: Southwest<\/p>\n

Altitude: 200-300 asl<\/p>\n

Soil: Sedimentary, with the presence of marine fossils, pebbles and limestone agglomerates<\/p>\n

Training system: double Guyot<\/p>\n

Planting density: 4,500 vines per hectare<\/p>\n

Yield per hectare: about 30 qli<\/p>\n

Harvest: Manual<\/p>\n

Harvest period: September<\/p>\n

Fermentation: With native yeasts, in stainless steel for 20 days<\/p>\n

Fermentation temperature:15-20 \u00b0C<\/p>\n

Agriculture: Biodynamically inspired. We do not use herbicides in our vineyards. We do not use pesticides. Fertilizations are conducted with biodynamic preparations, burying of shoots and green manure of grasses and legumes.<\/p>\n

Age of vines: 30 years old<\/p>\n

Color: Bright amber yellow<\/p>\n

Nose: Floral, tropical fruit, peach and apricot, with great aromatic opening<\/p>\n

Taste: Apricot and citrus, jam and almond, sweet and lingering, fine and elegant<\/p>\n
